The four-step procedure will give you a simple massage technique that can be done, by yourself, in the privacy of your own home.
Although almost any gentle massage technique will be of benefit, these four techniques should be a part of your personal regimen.
More specifically, step one is a gentle draining motion designed to drain the breasts lymphatic system and is possibly the most important of the four steps.
Steps number two and Four are to assist in the movement of venous fluids. Feel free to experiment with these to movements and find what is comfortable for you.
Step Three is simply to help keep your support ligaments in good health and assist in the fight against gravity
A woman can massage her own breasts, but she can also have someone else do it for her. Naturally, this procedure requires baring the breasts and so it must be done in a private place.
The woman can perform the massage lying or sitting down, whichever is more comfortable for her.
To avoid friction and discomfort, the lubrication of massage oil on the skin is also necessary.
The application of the massage oil onto the breast is the first stage of the massage.
The oil is applied in circular movements on the breast, with the direction going from the center of the chest towards the underarm area.
Breast Enlargement Massage
1.) Use a cream or lubricant - preferably a quality one with natural stimulating herbs and botanicals (see our reviews page for info on Benefil) - of your choice to help prevent friction and increase the enjoyment and relaxation of the massage for a more pleasurable and therapeutic experience.
This can be an herbal mixture - there are some good ones out there that really do help to promote firmess and breast tone, while creating a larger and more rounded look.
2.) Light to moderate massaging using a gentle back and forth gentle “swishing” action is best. This can be in a counterclockwise circle around the breast to help promote maximum lymphatic drainage.
3.) To gain maximum benefit and therapeutic effects, breast massage should be practiced daily, as part of a routine - perhaps when fresh out of the shower, since the skin is still somewhat moist and the room may still be steamy, for a smoother massage which may be more easily lubricated since there will still be moisture in the air.

Breast Enlargement Exercises
Step 1. Lie down on a mat. Hold one weight in each hand and extended your arms out at shoulder level.
Raise both arms straight up together above your body, keeping your elbow slightly bent, so that the weights meet over your chest. Return the weighs out to your sides at shoulder height. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.
Step 2. Lie down on a mat. Extend your arms and hold the weights up in the air over your chest.
Bend your elbows and lower the weights toward your chest, with your elbows out to the sides at shoulder level. Extend your arms straight back up over your chest. Repeat the exercise 13 to 15 times.
Step 3. Take a weight in each hand, extend your arms out to each side and do 15 small, backward circles about a foot in diameter. Widen the circles slightly and do another 15, then repeat these two steps going forward.
