Here is a very low calorie meal plan that is designed to loose weight in a short period of time. It has few natural sugars and fewer, though sufficient, complex carbohydrates. It also contains very few desserts. If you feel hungry on this diet, you can eat raw vegetables seasoned with mustard, lemon juice or vinegar in between meals.

- An all purpose vitamin capsule with the recommended daily allowance of all the vitamins and minerals is recommended because you have no assurance that the good foods that you are eating have come from well-endowed, nondepleted soil that had everything in it.
- Suitable aerobic exercise is also recommended because it stimulates the production of endorphins which will reduce hunger.
